Dry, light and graceful with small,fine bubbles. Fresh citrus fruit and subtle, weightier notes of peach and brioche combine to provide elegance in a glass. A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir & 25% Pinot Meunier - The high portion of Chardonnay is a hallmark of Taittinger. The wine's complexity and roundness comes from being bottle-aged for three years in the 4th century cellars. Perfect as an aperitif or with canapés, smoked salmon and oysters.
