Talisker 2011 (bottled 2021) Amoroso Cask Finish - Distillers Edition 70cl 45.8%

This 10-year-old Talisker expression has been released as a part of the Distillers Editions. From the rugged western shores of the Isle of Skye, the liquid has been finished in ex-bodega Amoroso cask wood for a rich and fruity sweetness that rounds out the peaty, peppery punch of the Talisker spirit. Presented at 45.8% abv. Expect aromas of sweet sultanas on the nose, with a palate full of crisp peat, sweet roasted malt, wood spice, white pepper and ripe, juicy fruit. The finish brings deep cocoa, vanilla and a lingering earthy peat note.
