Nose: A mellow nose in feel, with a gentle hint of the classic Talisker chilli-pepper prickle. Scented sandalwood and a trace of hessian follow, with a faint smoky note reminiscent of a distant bonfire. The smoke becomes more pronounced with water. Palate: Creamy-smooth and silky in texture.
