The shells are constructed from a rarely found mersawa and poplar hybrid offering a unique deep focused warmth that other tonewoods cannot match. The compact sizing is surprisingly powerful providing enough projection to cut through in the mix. The vintage looks are with thanks to the bass-mounted cymbal holder.
