The oldest whisky in our core collection, every drop of this special single malt matured solely in the finest Oloroso sherry oak casks. The 21 Year Old matured in hand-selected American and European oak casks which brings a wonderful balance of sweetness at the front of the palate and dryness at the back. A combination of first fill and refill sherry casks brings further poise - with endless waves of sherry oak richness unfolding on your palate. Nose: Wisps of sherried oak with chocolate, sultanas and warm cinnamon porridge. Palate: Christmas cake of plump raisins, candied orange and gentle oak. Finish: Endless waves of oak and spice finally give way to sweet fruit.
