Taylors Select Reserve - Port Wine

Taylor's Select is a brand of port belonging to the famous Taylor's house, founded in 1692, one of the oldest and most respected in Portugal's Douro Valley. It is the result of a careful blend of young red wines from the Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo regions in the Upper Douro, selected for their deep colour, intense fruitiness and full, firm palate. This port wine is aged for around two years in oak casks, mellowing as it matures while retaining its intensely fruity and fresh character. Taylor's Select Port is a perfect accompaniment to cheese, dried fruit and desserts made with chocolate or black fruits.
