BENEFITS OF MODEL: The Cannonball was designed to be a first-choice gravel racing tire The directional, tight-knit center tread efficiently decreases rolling resistance while the side knobs increase cornering traction The center tread’s diamond pattern is optimized specifically for gravel riding and sheds dirt and gravel debris BEAD TO BEAD DURABLE CASING: This construction consists of a robust woven nylon composite reinforcement between the outer rubber and the inner casing within the tire’s sidewalls to prevent tearing and abrasions. Additionally, a tightly woven layer of protection under the treadcap defends against punctures TUBELESS SYSTEM: a proprietary bead material and shape in order to create a strong, airtight seal between the tire and rim. We then employ the use of a tire sealant liquid which add a minimal amount of weight and seal any imperfections in the rim/bead area as well as micro-pores in the tire. The sealant creates an air barrier while maintaining the ride quality that can be sacrificed by using a tube. In the instance of a puncture the sealant quickly finds the puncture and closes it.
