The extra virgin olive oil Terre Rosse is a monocultivar of Moraiolo produced in Umbria by the Hispellum farm. This is a limited edition of the Olive Harvest 2025: unfiltered and with transparent bottles to enhance the qualities of freshly pressed oil. Format 500 ml. The cultivation is biodynamic, without the use of herbicides and pesticides. This organic oil is subjected to constant and rigorous checks and authenticity and traceability are guaranteed. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand and they are cold pressed within 6 hours from the collection. Only for this limited edition, the oil is immediately bottled, without being subjected to further conservation. The color is bright green. The scent is fruity, intense with strong hints of herbs. The flavor is full-bodied with a fruity green taste, spicy and pungent in the throat. Excellent on bruschetta, it is ideal for both savory and well-structured dishes (grilled meats, roasts, legume soups, pasta with beans), and sweet dishes (potatoes or soups of leek or onion). The bottle may have a square shape and the cap may have a different colour than the image.
