PREMIUM TASTE- Its delicate and distinctive flavour comes from using our delicious London Dry recipe as a base and adding locally sourced apples and fresh ginger to create an intriguing gin which is both sweet and smooth - balanced with a subtle gingery zing at the same time. CRAFTED BY THE AWARD WINNING HAWKRIDGE DISTILLERS - Meticulously crafted by the team at Hawkridge Distillers who are a multi award winning distillery including gold and silver awards from The World Gin Awards and the International Wine and Spirits Competition. SMALL BATCH- Batch-distilled using our three-part process, we use a blend of beautifully balanced botanicals which could be found locally during the middle ages. MIXER SUGGESTION - For a great gin and tonic we always recommend using a great premium tonic such as Fever Tree or Franklin’s in a Copa glass with plenty of ice. Mix approximately three parts tonic to one part gin. GIN OCLOCK- When gin time is around the corner, garnish your gin and tonic with pink grapefruit or a citrus segment such as lime or orange.
