The oldest section of the vineyard, planted on the Cornuda estate hillside in 1948, is home to ancient local clones that enrich the blend with surprising, layered fruit character. 100% VEGAN & SQNPI CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE - Every bottle is completely free of animal-derived fining agents. The vineyard holds SQNPI certification - Italy’s national sustainable winegrowing standard - using a chemical and herbicide-free production system with natural mineral fertilisers and minimal water and energy waste. Grapes are gently pressed, fermented to a still base wine, then slowly refermented via the Charmat method to produce those signature fine, velvety bubbles.
