The Feering Early Harvest

Released by The Cabrach Trust, this first release from the distillery is a blend made from four Speyside whiskies. The Cabrach distillery, erected in the former epicenter of illicit distilling in the 18th century, will begin production later in 2024 as a community venture to regenerate this historic part of Scotland. This first release of The Feering Early Harvest, has been enabled by the generosity of the four mystery distilleries that surround the Cabrach. Limited to 6,000 bottles. On the nose, gentle floral and heather aromas intertwine with notes of honey which lead into a palate of butterscotch, sweet vanilla, aromatic heather and a hint of sweet smoke. The finish is clean and fresh, leaving just enough to tempt you back for another taste.
