The Glendronach - Ode to the Dark Single Malt Whisky

THE GLENDRONACH ODE TO THE DARK: The richest expression in the Master's Anthology, a collection created as an exploration of the bredth and depth of sherry cask maturation. A bold, powerful 50.8% ABV single malt Scotch whisky. FULLY MATURED IN PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SHERRY CASKS: Matured entirely in The Glendronach's signature Pedro Ximénez casks for a deep, unpeated richness and a black garnet colour. RICH TASTING NOTES: Blackberry brambles and freshly ground coffee give way to fruit-and-nut chocolate, with mocha and caramel. CRAFTED SINCE 1826: Composed by Dr Rachel Barrie as an exploration of the bredth and depth of sherry cask maturation at The Glendronach Distillery, in the Valley of Forgue in the Scottish Highlands. BEST SAVOURED NEAT OR OVER ICE: Enjoy neat or over ice to reveal the full depth of this richly sherried single malt.
