The Grouse Mellow Gold Whisky, 70 cl

Famous Grouse's Mellow Gold expression is made using both bourbon and sherry seasoned casks which gives a creamy vanilla and orange zesty spin on their classic scotch whisky that we've all come to know and love. The eponymous Red Grouse has been on the bottle since 1869 which would explain why it must be one of the most recognised bottles out there and has been responsible for some cracking adverts. Whilst its spiritual home is at The Glenturret Distillery, the blend is, as you might expect, a closely kept secret. All we can get out of them is that the Malt whiskies Macallan and Highland Park are involved. Creamy, fruity and a hint of spice
