COLOUR - Despite the green bottle the colour of Hakushu is actually light gold. NOSE - On the nose there's notes of peppermint, melon and cucumber. To the taste there is yuzu, grapefruit and lemon thyme which adds to the freshness of this whisky. FINISH - The finish long and refreshing with a hint of smokiness at the end.
