BLENDED IN AMERICAN WHITE OAK CASKS… Tidal Rum consists of a three-year aged column distilled Caribbean rum from Trinidad, a traditional Jamaican pot still rum, Bajan pot and column distilled rums and finally a Dominican column still rum FOUR CAREFULLY CHOSEN RUMS… The four carefully chosen rums are enhanced by the unique characteristics of Pepper Dulse. The deep earthy truffle helps to balance the rum, enhancing the blend to create a more complex and refined drink INFUSED GOLDEN RUM... Tidal is a golden aged rum infused with oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged during spring tides in Jersey. THE DARK & STORMY… A classic Tidal Rum cocktail. Using a tumbler glass, half fill with a handful of ice. Next add a dash of Tidal Rum and fill to top with a good quality ginger beer.
