Rolls up relatively easy and rolls out and inflates relatively easy. As it says it's name is Basecamp and that is exactly it's best use. This is not a take on backpacking mat. But for car camping Etc it is at the peak of inflatable mats for comfort and durability.

Sure it is heavier than the 'new generation' mattresses, but it remains acceptable for transport in a wheeled suitcase. It is more comfortable than the others for sleeping on mattresses in India, which are almost like wooden planks. Perfect therefore for my use (no hiking etc.).
