This dazzling variety produces clusters of peppers in a blend of vibrant yellow, orange, and red, creating a sunset-like display as they ripen. With a heat rating of 30,00050,000 SHU, these chillies are hot enough to add zing without overwhelming the palate. Compact, ornamental and productive, plants grow to around 7590cm (3036") tall with a 50cm (20") spread, ideal for beds, containers, or greenhouse growing. 'Fiesta Sunset' thrives in full sun and performs well under glass or in a warm, sheltered outdoor spot. Sow seeds on the surface of moist, free-draining compost, covering lightly with compost or vermiculite. Germinate in a propagator at 1820°C, ensuring light is not excluded. Pot on when large enough and harden off before transplanting outside. Allow 45cm spacing between plants. Maintain regular watering and feed weekly with tomato fertiliser once fruits appear.
