BLACK TEA COASTAL WARMTH: Warming Orange Pekoe Tea joins the earthy spice of turmeric, the sweetness and complexity of oak, and a blend of spices and botanicals to make an enticing golden addition to any drink. A few dashes provide a peppery warmth and lasting finish, from Sours to Gin & Tonics, and more. PEKOE TEA, TURMERIC, TOASTED OAK: The turmeric really comes through on this, and that earthy profile is great, whilst the oak adds a nice tannin. SUNSET MARGARITA: 40ml Tequila, 20ml Orange Liqueur, 5ml Three Families Sunset Pokoe, 5ml Honey, 20ml Lime Juice. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and stir to dissolve the honey fully. Shake hard with lots of ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish and serve.
