MOUNTAIN MARTINI: 50ml Colombo No.7 Gin, 25ml Dolin Dry Vermouth, 6 Dashes Three Families Verdant Sinhaya. Combine all ingredients and stir down with ice. Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
