Thypoch Simera-C 16mm T1.9 Full-frame Cine Lens Leica M-mount

The Thypoch Simera-C 16mm T1.9 expands the Simera-C cinema series with a full-frame ultra-wide prime combining a 15-element optical design, a fast T1.9 aperture, and a compact 70mm body. Its 106° field of view captures expansive scenes while keeping distortion, chromatic aberration, and focus breathing tightly controlled for more stable framing during focus pulls. With 85 lp/mm centre resolution and a 0.16m close-focus distance, the lens maintains sharp detail across modern high-resolution cinema cameras while allowing stronger foreground emphasis at close range. Weighing 467g, it remains easy to balance across handheld rigs, gimbals, drones, and modular cinema setups.
