I bought it for the backlighting I was already familiar with from a Timex analog model. Great for all the times the backlighting is needed. It would be preferable if the characters were a bit more visible in normal conditions. But I rate the value for money as excellent.

The strap is made of fine, supple leather. The watch arrived today, wrapped in a rather noisy package, so I’m giving it one point off. The watch ticks almost silently, which is great for a Timex. The first shower was well survived, and so far I’m satisfied…

It has a rare aesthetic (full numerals – what is usually called the "military" style – long hands, compact size), with the "plus" of Indiglo lighting.
