Tiptree Quince Jelly 340g X 3 (Pack of 3)

Quinces are part of the apple family. To produce this traditional jelly we crush the fruit, bring to the boil and simmer gently. This releases all the flavour and gives the jelly a wonderful pink colour. It is then transferred to our fruit press where the fruit is squeezed slowly to release the juice. Ideal for use as a condiment, Quince jelly is also a perfect partner for Cheddar cheese. The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves and condiments in our nut-free factory by the farm.
