It pairs well with Eucalyptus, Lavender and Rosemary essential oils ORGANIC: Our Organic Peppermint essential oil derives from 100% pure Mentha piperita (Peppermint) leaf oil, steam distilled from the vibrant green leaves of the herb and grown without man-made fertilisers or pesticides. Using ecosystem management methods to maintain the health of both plant and soil guarantees there are no inputs such as genetic modification or irradiation HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates a stimulating and revitalising atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Relieving for muscular aches and digestive discomfort. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops in total to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and breathe.
