Using ecosystem management methods to maintain the health of both plants and soil to guarantee that there is no genetic modification or irradiation HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner, creates a grounding atmosphere. Also helpful during coughs, colds and flu. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helpful for easing muscles and boosting circulation. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Helpful for all skin types, particularly dry, inflamed and oily skin.
