It pairs well with Patchouli, Grapefruit and Frankincense essential oils WILD CRAFTED: Our Wild Crafted 100% pure Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh) Oil is steam distilled from the resin of the tree. It derives from plants that are not cultivated but, instead are gathered from their wild habitat. Although not organic they are grown in their natural habitat, in conditions favourable to the plant's health HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates a soothing and restorative atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Soothing for the chest during periods of illness. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Helpful for all skin types, particularly mature skin. Inhalation: add 3-5 drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Use for relieving head colds and congestion. Not suitable for asthmatics.
