Known for its bright and enlivening aroma, this essential oil is classified as herbal and middle note. It pairs well with Grapefruit, Lavender and Lemongrass oils. ORGANIC: This organic Rosemary essential oil derives from 100% pure Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaf oil that has been grown without man-made fertilisers or pesticides. Using ecosystem management methods to maintain the health of both plants and soil guarantees there is no genetic modification or irradiation. It is steam distilled from the young leaves and twigs of the herb. HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates a stimulating and revitalising atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Relieving for muscular aches and digestive discomfort. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops in total to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes, and breathe. Helpful for head colds and congestion. Not suitable for asthmatics. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse. Not recommended for use with sensitive skin. Avoid using close to bedtime as Rosemary is very stimulating.
