Crafted from 3.5mm forged hard anodised aluminium, the pan offers rapid heat and even heat distribution for more thorough cooking with no heat spots, whilst a riveted steel handle offers comfort and easy manoeuvrability. Our Superior Ceramic non-stick coating is 10x stronger than standard non-stick coatings and offers superior food release and healthy cooking with minimal oil required, whilst it is free from PFAS, PFOA, Lead and Cadmium. The pan is oven safe up to 220C, whilst the full induction base allows for use on any hob type including induction.
