Twisted Electrons deton8

The Twisted Electrons Deton8 is a slim desktop box that's home to a drum machine and a satisfyingly retro, 8-bit sample player that delivers delicious, crunching, lo-fi sound. Besides completing an old-school setup, the aptly named Deton8 comes pre-loaded with standard drum sounds and a nice pack of extra sample-kits that can be loaded in using free external software. While it doesn't have a massive memory, the samples are actually pretty small - which is the source of this machine's rich charm. You're also provided control over various parameters so you can fully let loose with the ring modulator, distortion, and even stutter, as well as manipulating the included side-chain compressor to spit that much loved pump-effect.
