UniBond Outdoor Frame Cartridge is a one-component, ready-to-use, neutral-curing silicone sealant for the perimeter sealing of exterior window and door frames.How to Use:SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be clean and dry, free from any dust and grease or anything which is likely to impair the adhesion of the sealant. Residues of old sealant or other materials as well as mould on the substrate must be removed completely.JOINT DIMENSIONS: The movement capability of the sealant as well as local regulations must be considered. In general, the joint width must be > 10mm and < 35mm and the joint width should be twice the depth.SEALANT APPLICATION: The sealant should be applied to ensure that the seal is filled. Smoothing off the seal ensures good contact between the sealant and the bonding surfaces. Directly after application, smooth off with an UniBond Sealant Smoother Tool.
