Hello, I think it's a shame that no instructions are provided with this high-quality product. You can use a 12 mm open-ended spanner to move the four mounting lugs outward. But you also need the correct bike rack; the bag doesn't fit every rack.

It's a pity there's no carry handle attached directly to the bag.
