It can be either wall or ceiling mounted and supports a 2-position 100 mm circular spigot for rear or vertical duct exit.. This model features a built-in humidistat and adjustable timer: it monitors humidity levels and switches from a low “trickle” ventilation mode to a high boost when needed, then continues running for the set timer period. It also offers a constant trickle ventilation setting for background air flow.. Thanks to the “Lo-Carbon” motor technology, this extractor is energy-efficient and designed to meet UK building regulation requirements for bathroom ventilation (such as Approved Document F).
