Lustau Vermut Rosé is made with the Palomino, Moscatel and Tintilla de Rota varieties by Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain. Lustau Vermut Rosé is made with a base of dry and light Fino wine, a sweet and floral Moscatel wine and a lively and elegant Tintilla de Rota wine. It includes botanicals like very aromatic and slightly bitter chamomile, nutmeg to add spicy notes, vanilla to bring aromas and a stimulating touch, and then wormwood, an essential botanical in vermouth that gives the characteristic bitterness. Bodegas Lustau is a hundred-year-old producer of unique wines that was founded in 1896 by Don José Ruiz-Berdejo, who was a shopkeeper who used his own house to age the wines he made with grapes from his vineyards at the Finca Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza.
