Her influence was clear within the house of Veuve Clicquot (the label's distinctive colour still used today was her choice) but also spread across the Champagne region with her method of clarifying the wine being adopted by all the producers to this day.Tasting NotesOn the nose: yellow and white fruits, then notes of vanilla and later of brioche. On the palate: freshness and strength while pear and lemon tastes appear. Finish: admirably vinous. The lingering aromas echo and re-echo, with each fruit or almond notes distinct.
