The maturation is the signature of this great wine with long maturations in old oak barrels, so as not to mark the wine too much: 36 months for the Tempranillo, 30 months for the Garnacha. The wines are then blended in barrel and bottled. Vinatis is fortunate to be able to offer wines that have already developed a patina after a few years in the bottle. This is a rare opportunity in the life of a wine lover as the wines have never left the Bodega since they were bottled. The bouquet reveals a superb intensity of very fresh red and black fruits of great complexity. The density of the palate seduces with its velvety power and its perfect balance between fruit and delicate oak. The finish is incredibly long and fresh, with hints of truffles and undergrowth due to the evolution in the bottle. This is a rare bottle that should not be missed.
