Viñas del Vero Pinot Noir Rosado 2025

Viñas del Vero Pinot Noir Rosado is a monovarietal Pinot Noir rosé wine produced by Viñas del Vero in the D.O. Somontano. Viñas del Vero is a winery that owes its name to the river that descends from the Pyrenees and passes through the area until it flows into the Cinca River. It is a winery founded in 1986 and owned by González Byass since 2008. It has 680 hectares of its own vineyards, but overall it controls a total of 1,100 hectares. The vineyards for Viñas del Vero Pinot Noir Rosado are oriented northeast at an altitude of around 770 metres. They stand on a slope of up to 25% and their soils are poor and loamy. These conditions promote drainage and are favourable for cultivating the vine. The pruning is done in simple guyot, typical of Burgundy, and the strains originate from the Cote d'Or. To produce Viñas del Vero Pinot Noir Rosado the grapes are macerated to achieve the desired colour intensity, and are then pressed. The must is then fermented at low temperature to preserve and
