The VOX VALVENERGY series offer four distinctive sounding effects pedals that put the sounds of classic valve amps amd the response and harmonic distortion of a tube amp into a foot pedal Each pedal uses Nutube (Vacuum fluorescent display technology) which works like a conventional vacuum tube but is smaller and more reliable but delivers the same rich overtones and sense of power of a vacuum tube amp The COPPERHEAD pedal recreates the classic full stack amp tone and is ideal for recreating the hard rock sound of the 80's giving lightly overdriven tones right through to a thick distortion Controls: GAIN, VOLUME, TREBLE, MIDDLE, BASS plus a BRIGHT switch - placed before the distortion stage so as to give a different character of distortion in each position Each pedal is equipped with a high-contrast OLED display showing as an oscilloscope providing a visual image of how the waveform is affected by the knob settings
