This means that every feature of the original 1073 has been faithfully reproduced. When you push it, this unit will respond with warm saturation and harmonic distortion, without having to use converters while the output control can be used to maintain balance. The WA273 has been hand-built down to the very last component and was manufactured in close collaboration with British company, Carnhill Transformers, evidenced by the included 'custom made' transformer installed in the guts of the WA273, directly reflecting the spirit of the 1073.
