These knobs have a translucent skirt for emitting light (but they are not self lit). Using the Lighted Control Knobs: The burner control knobs light up with the push of a button. To turn on or off, simply push the power button located on the right side of the control panel. Note: If the knob lights don’t turn on the first time, or you notice a quick blink, then simply press the button again.
