Whispering Angel 2025 - Caves d'Esclans

Designed for lovers of sophisticated wines, this rosé offers a fairly expressive nose where all the nuances of the vintage can be perceived. The subtle notes of citrus and red fruits give the wine great complexity and power. The 2025 vintage is very smooth on the palate, with a certain persistence. The ever-present freshness gives this dry wine a lot of depth and an intense finish. Whispering Angel grapes are harvested at night for optimal temperature control. The grapes are sorted by hand and carefully evaluated by an optical sorting machine to guarantee and maintain quality. Finally, to ensure optimal expression of the aromas, the juices are fermented and aged separately in stainless steel vats for three months with regular stirring. Whispering Angel is blended from the best free-run and press juices.
