WHAT IS WHITE COFFEE White coffee is coffee beans that have been slowly roasted halfway. It has much more caffeine than regular coffee and a very unusual taste to get used to. HOW IT IS MADE White coffee is made by roasting coffee beans at a lower temperature and for half the time regular coffee is roasted. White coffee is half baked. More specifically, white coffee is roasted to about 325 degrees, while fully roasted coffee is roasted to 450 degrees to 480 degrees.
