It's healthy whole grain wheat that's been roasted when still fresh and green. In Ancient Aramaic, the name Freekeh means "the rubbed one." It's also an excellent side dish, and if you make too much freekeh, you can use it in a cold salad like tabbouleh by mixing it with fresh herbs. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Freekeh is a good source of fiber and protein.
