Aduki beans are quite widespread in Asia and are frequently used in oriental cuisine, where they make excellent Bean Sprouts. They have an average cooking time of around 20 minutes on high heat. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Aduki beans are similar to other beans in that they are high in protein and fibre, making them ideal for vegetarians and vegans. As you can see, their nutritional profile is quite favourable, and in addition to providing a wide range of nutrients, they are also a great source of energy. Aduki Beans are all-natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Use aduki beans’ sweet and nutty umami goodness to make top-notch stews, soups, and savoury dishes. To Cook: 1. Soak for 6-8 hours or overnight. 2. Rinse, add to saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. 5.
