While the grain is currently considered a delicacy in North America, it is less popular in China, where the plant's stem is consumed as a vegetable. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: It has a greater fibre level than the majority of whole grains and is an important source of critical vitamins and minerals. Black Wild Rice USA is all-natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: To Cook: Rinse the rice, place 125g in a large pan, stir in 450ml of boiling water. Return to the boil, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the grains have popped.
