These beans are wonderful and tender, with a creamier flavour than others, and they're rich and buttery, which accounts for their name. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Butter beans can easily be substituted for most beans, and their enormous size allows them to absorb a lot of flavour, making them ideal for soups, casseroles, and curries, where they soak up all the liquids and hum with flavour!
