They are tiny, oval, plump, and creamy-white. They're known as navy beans in the United States, and they're a staple in Boston baked beans! They readily absorb flavours and scents, making them an excellent accompaniment to spicy recipes. A versatile bean that works well alone or in combination with our other bean types. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Haricot beans can be used in stews, hummus-style chilli dips, making your own spicy baked beans, pate, salads, casseroles, and more! Haricot Beans are natural, non-GMO, and suitable for vegans. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Fibre-rich protein source. Add to vegetable stews to add texture. To Cook: 1. Rinse beans 2. Soak for 4-6 hours (or overnight). 3. Place in a pot and cover with water above the beans. 4. Boil for 45-60 minutes and ensure that there's always water in the pot. 5.
