They're ideal for porridge, oaty grits, flapjacks, and Veggie Burgers, and should always be preferred over ordinary oats in these recipes. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: They are slowly absorbed into the bloodstream, delivering a longer, more steady release of energy, assisting in the maintenance of blood sugar levels while also keeping you satiated for longer than other meals!
