They have been a major source of protein in the Orient for over 5,000 years. Soybeans develop into hard, dry beans as they grow in the pod. Although the majority of soybeans are yellow, certain kinds are black, brown, or green in colour. Did you know that a given piece of land planted with soybeans can yield far more protein than land planted with other crops, or even, astonishingly, land used to rear cattle! ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Soya Beans can take on any flavour that is thrown at them and can be cooked in an almost endless number of various ways. The many adaptations into a variety of popular soya-based cuisines are a tribute to soya's adaptability. Soybeans are natural, GMO-free, and suitable for vegans. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Use Soya Beans to create tofu, veggie burgers, noodles, delicious dips, & condiments. To Cook: 1. Soak for 8-10 hours or overnight. 2. Put soaked beans into a pan, cover and bring to a boil. 3. Simmer for 3-4 hours or until tender, add more liquid during cooking if necessary. 4.
