SMALL BATCH CRAFTED: We only use the richest & rarest straight bourbons for our blends and they are only ever crafted in five barrel batches to ensure that each batch is finished to the highest of standards. OAK & APPLE WOOD: Widow Jane Rye Mash is aged for at least two years in first fill Bourbon casks before being finished in new American oak, with added Apple Wood staves. This allows us to capture the bold flavours to create a truly unique rye. TASTING NOTES: Expect aromas of apple blossom, spice and applewood smoke on the nose, with baked apple and orange peel coming through on the palate. An unique finish of rye, dried apple and blood orange lingers.
