This essentially means that water is kept out while moisture can escape from the body so you stay dry. There is a padded lining inside the jacket, providing a layer of insulation. To help keep the rain out, the main zip is water-resistant and is hidden behind a flap with velcro closure. The side pockets also have water-resistant zips behind flaps with an extra velcro closure. The long length of the PRTLANIAKEA has a regular fit. The hood can be tightened around the face with a drawcord. There is ribbed fabric at the cuffs.
