With a stated 5.5kg (12lb) density, these recycled chip foam blocks are described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping to support, stabilise and align the body in a wide range of poses. Use a block to raise the hips for a straighter spine, or combine multiple blocks for classic shoulder stand support. Made from densely compressed chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each batch has a mottled, multicoloured appearance. Please note that these blocks may not adhere strictly to standard sizing specifications, with variance potentially more than 3mm.
